With Candid Creative Studio having just taken on a branding project for a new barber shop in Cardiff, here’s a selection of what Candid believes makes great branding and visual style solutions for this growing market. These styles tap into the retro or vintage style that is currently in vogue and will continue to be popular into 2013 and most are minimal enough to not date quickly. Some take on a very graphic nature and use block colours or recognisable shapes having taken inspiration from barber shops of the 40s/50s.
