
Project overview
The Northern Contact Centre Forum Awards 2025 are a flagship annual event celebrating excellence, innovation and people-first practice across the contact centre industry in the North of England and Scotland.
My role was to deliver a cohesive, confident visual and communications identity for the awards that felt credible, celebratory and contemporary, while remaining practical across a wide range of digital and physical touchpoints. The challenge was consistency at scale. From early promotion through to the awards night itself, every asset needed to work together seamlessly, reinforce the Forum’s reputation, and support sponsors, entrants and attendees alike.
The work balanced clarity and professionalism with warmth and energy, helping position the Awards as both an industry benchmark and a genuinely inclusive celebration of people and performance.
Outcome
The Awards benefited from a strong, unified visual presence across all channels, helping drive engagement, reinforce sponsor value and deliver a polished experience for attendees. The system was flexible enough to evolve throughout the campaign while maintaining a clear, recognisable identity from launch to post-event coverage.
