
Eden Landscapes is a well-established landscaping and garden buildings business, working across design, build and installation for clients. With a busy showroom and outdoor display areas, there was a need for clear, inviting and easy to navigate information, supporting customers as they move through the space and make considered decisions.
Candid Creative Studio designed a range of point of sale materials and on-site signage to support this journey, including display graphics, informational panels and supporting printed materials. The design approach focused on clarity, consistency and tone, ensuring messaging felt knowledgeable and reassuring without overwhelming. Visual hierarchy and plain language were key, helping customers quickly understand products, services and next steps.
Alongside the physical environment, Candid also manages Eden Landscapes’ social media channels, extending the same clarity and brand consistency into digital spaces. Together, the work supports both in-person and online engagement, demonstrating how thoughtful design, promotion and audience awareness can work together to strengthen customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
